Laser Tattoo Removal — Prepaid Session Package
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a prepaid session package. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms below.
1. Package Overview
This package includes a set number of laser tattoo removal treatment sessions as specified in the payment link at the time of purchase. Packages are available for body tattoos or eyebrow (cosmetic/microblading) tattoos and apply exclusively to the specific tattoo assessed and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
The number of sessions included in this package is an estimate based on the individual characteristics of the tattoo being treated — including its size, ink colour, ink density, ink depth, age, and location — as evaluated during your initial consultation or assessment. This package is tattoo-specific and cannot be applied to any other tattoo, even on the same client.
2. Payment & Installments
The full package amount may be paid upfront or through installment plans offered by approved third-party financing providers such as Klarna or Afterpay. Availability of installment options, applicable interest rates, and payment terms are determined solely by the selected third-party provider and are independent of Roc Aesthetics.
All payments made toward this package — whether paid in full or through installments — are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage, treatment progression, session completion, or treatment outcomes. Initiating or completing an installment plan does not alter or waive this policy.
3. Package Validity & Expiry

- All sessions must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Sessions should be scheduled approximately every 4 to 8 weeks, as clinically recommended for optimal results and skin recovery.

- Any sessions remaining unused after the 12-month expiry date will be permanently forfeited and cannot be extended, transferred, credited, or refunded under any circumstances.

- It is the client’s sole responsibility to schedule sessions within the validity period. Roc Aesthetics is not obligated to issue reminders regarding approaching expiry dates.
4. Appointment Changes, Rescheduling & No-Shows

- Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two (2) times per session, provided the change is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment, late cancellations, or failure to attend without prior notice will result in that session being fully charged and marked as used, with no replacement, credit, or refund issued.

- Repeated no-shows (two or more occurrences) may result in the forfeiture of remaining package sessions at the discretion of Roc Aesthetics management.
5. Tattoo-Specific Use & Non-Transferability
This package is issued exclusively for the specific tattoo assessed and confirmed at the time of purchase. The following restrictions apply without exception:

- The package cannot be transferred to another person, regardless of relationship.

- The package cannot be applied to a different tattoo on the same client, even if the client believes the sessions would be better suited elsewhere.

- Sessions cannot be gifted, shared, sold, split, or reassigned in any form.
If a client wishes to begin laser tattoo removal on a separate or additional tattoo, a new consultation and a separate package purchase will be required. No credit from an existing package may be applied toward a new one.
6. Consultation & Patch Test
A professional consultation and patch test are optional but strongly recommended, particularly for first-time laser tattoo removal clients and for clients with sensitive skin, darker skin tones, or cosmetic/microblading tattoos.
Roc Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions, unexpected skin responses, complications, or dissatisfaction with results in cases where a client has declined a recommended patch test or consultation prior to commencing treatment.
7. Treatment Results
Laser tattoo removal is a gradual process, and results vary significantly between individuals. Outcomes are influenced by factors including but not limited to:

- Tattoo age, ink colour, ink quality, and ink density

- Ink depth and layering (particularly relevant for cosmetic/microblading eyebrow tattoos)

- Skin type, tone, and condition
-
- Individual immune response and healing capacity
-
- Area of the body or eyebrow region being treated
Multiple sessions are required, and the sessions included in this package represent an estimate — not a guarantee — of the number needed to achieve a satisfactory result. Maintenance or additional sessions beyond the package may be necessary and will be quoted and billed separately.
Roc Aesthetics does not guarantee complete, full, or permanent tattoo removal, including for cosmetic eyebrow tattoos. The package is non-refundable in whole or in part on the basis of results not meeting the client’s personal expectations.
8. Pre-Care & Aftercare Compliance
Clients are required to strictly follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Roc Aesthetics prior to and following each session. Failure to comply may compromise treatment effectiveness and increase the risk of adverse effects.
Roc Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for side effects, complications, scarring, pigmentation changes, blistering, infection, or reduced treatment effectiveness resulting from:

- Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions

- Sun exposure, tanning, or use of self-tanning products
-
- Laser or light-based treatments performed at another clinic between sessions
-
- Use of contraindicated skincare products, medications, or devices
-
- Withholding of relevant medical history or failure to disclose changes in medications or health status between sessions
9. Medical Disclosure & Health Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin concerns to the treating practitioner prior to each session. Roc Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment at any session if, in the professional judgment of the licensed practitioner, proceeding would pose a health or safety risk.
Sessions withheld on documented medical safety grounds will be preserved in the package and not forfeited, provided a physician’s note or equivalent documentation is submitted to the clinic within 7 days of the affected appointment.
10. No Refund Policy
All payments made toward this package are non-refundable without exception. This includes situations where the client:

- Chooses to discontinue treatment at any point

- Fails to schedule or attend sessions within the validity period
-
- Experiences personal, medical, lifestyle, or financial changes after purchase
-
- Is dissatisfied with aesthetic results or treatment progress
-
- Purchases the package and later becomes ineligible for treatment due to a medical condition
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Roc Aesthetics, its owners, licensed practitioners, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of prepaid package services. Our total liability in any matter related to a prepaid package purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for that package.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of this package shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes to These Terms
Roc Aesthetics reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your package purchase governs that transaction.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or making any payment toward this laser tattoo removal package — whether in full or through an installment plan — the client confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
